How it works
Members sign up and pay on their phone
They scan the QR poster at reception and pay by UPI or in cash at the desk. Staff never create a member or type in an amount.
A fingerprint opens the door
The reader at the door decides on its own, so it keeps working when the internet or the gym PC is down.
A camera counts everyone who walks in
A camera on the ceiling just inside the door counts each person who crosses it. Every crossing is matched to a valid scan, and any entry without one is photographed.
You read one short report each morning
Problems first, with photos. Then entries, revenue, renewals and who is about to expire.
What you get
Cash you can check
To approve cash, you type what’s actually in the drawer. A mismatch shows in red, with the staff member who was on shift.
A record nobody can edit
Not even you can change or delete the cash ledger or the activity log. A correction shows as a new entry.
Photos as evidence
Every entry without a matching scan comes with a photo, so you can see who it was.
Alerts only when it matters
You get an instant alert if the system goes offline in opening hours, the reader is tampered with, someone signs in to your account, or your UPI ID is changed.
Your UPI, no gateway
Members pay your business UPI ID directly. The price always comes from your plan settings.

What it can’t do
We’d rather you hear this from us before you buy.
- If a member scans and a friend walks in instead, that looks like one normal entry. The photo may show it.
- Two people pressed close together can be counted as one.
- It can’t stop someone pocketing cash. It makes it traceable within a day, as long as you count the drawer each day.
- Tailgating is caught on camera, not physically blocked. Only a turnstile does that.

Gym access control in Hyderabad

A visit to your gym comes first: we check the door, the lock and where the camera goes, and give you a fixed price in rupees for your branch before anything is installed.
Questions owners ask
Is this gym management software?
It covers the parts of running a gym that touch money and the door: member signup, UPI and cash payments, renewals and expiry dates, fingerprint entry, staff accountability and the morning report. It doesn’t do diet plans, workout tracking or class timetables.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The door keeps working. The fingerprint reader decides on its own, stores every scan and sends them when the connection is back. The same is true when the gym PC is switched off.
What hardware do I need?
An eSSL K30 Pro fingerprint reader at the door and one ceiling camera just inside it. Your existing lock, exit button and Windows PC are reused. We set everything up.
Where are member details kept?
In our cloud, hosted in Mumbai. The gym PC only holds member numbers and expiry dates, never names, phone numbers or payments. Members give consent for their fingerprint and photo when they sign up.
How do members join and renew?
They scan the QR poster at your reception, confirm their phone number and pay by UPI straight to your business UPI ID, or in cash at the desk. Renewals are paid at the desk, and a renewed member’s fingerprint works again within seconds.
Can my staff turn it off or work around it?
Staff can’t create members, change a price or delete a record. If the reader is pulled off the wall or the system goes offline during opening hours, you get an alert straight away.
Do you work outside Hyderabad?
We’re starting with gyms in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, where we can set up the door and camera ourselves. If your gym is elsewhere in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh, message us on WhatsApp.
Do I pay a payment gateway fee?
No. Members pay your own business UPI ID directly, and the amount comes from your plan prices, never typed in by staff.
